The restaurant A Saigon Café was born in 1993, moved it to its present location in 1995, and

built into a top-rated restaurant on Maui and in Hawaii. 

It took time and effort, but a key ingredient to it's success is to use only fresh ingredients and to peel their own fresh garlic.

Success didn’t happen immediately, but the reputation for quality in the menu and service spread by word of mouth.





Today, A Saigon Café is ranked among Maui’s and the state’s top restaurants,

including in national reviews such as the Zagat surveys, and in the Best of Maui competitions since 1996. 

Most recently, A Saigon Café has been getting mentions by ravel writers for major magazines

including Sunset and 'Aipono Awards(Maui No Ka Oi Magazine) since 2003.
